We are located at the heart of Essex, close to picturesque parks, open spaces, coastal regions, estuaries, many interesting historic buildings and other visitor attractions. Our Chelmsford b&b has single, double, twin and family room accommodation. All our rooms provide spacious accommodation that is well maintained, bright, clean and comfortable. Our bedrooms have either en-suite facilities or a wash basin in the room with a shared bathroom. All the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV. Enjoy a full wholesome English breakfast before starting out on your day of business or leisure. We will always seek to accommodate any special dietary needs.
We provide accommodation for both business and leisure guests. Our guest house has become a hit with visitors to the V Festival and local theatres and the many other events hosted in Chelmsford. Chelmsford is also now the home to a new modern records office. Many visitors come to review their family records so that they can chart their family tree. Chelmsford has excellent road links with the M25 and M11 (Stansted Airport) being only 15 miles distant. Chelmsford has become an attractive alternative to staying in London particularly with the fast train service into London Liverpool Street station that takes approximately 35 minutes.
We are based on the west side of the town and hence we are
close to the Writtle Agricultural college, Anglia Polytechnic University, Newlands Hall wedding
reception venue and the Old Chelmsfordian's social club.
The Chelmsford borough includes the parishes of Boreham, Broomfield, Chignall,
Danbury, Great and Little Waltham, Galleywood, Little Baddow, Margaretting,
Pleshey, Roxwell and Wriitle. All these parishes are within easy driving or taxi
distance from our Chelmsford bed and breakfast
